At FP Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of research products, all sales are considered final unless an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is affected by a fulfillment error on our part.

Returns

Because our products are intended for research purposes and require strict handling standards, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Return requests may only be considered for products that are received damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped. Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, FP Labs may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged during transit.
  • The order could not be fulfilled by FP Labs.
  • A duplicate payment was processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Requests made after the reporting period has expired.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
